The House

The TowerHouse in Weston was built as an Addition to an existing house on a 2.14 acre site.

The Addition construction is enclosed and weather tight, and the interior is currently unfinished. The house is being sold As-Is. An owner can suit their own preferences by redesigning the inside layout easily.

A new owner could also choose to live in the existing house while finishing the Addition at their own pace.

There is 6,566 SF of Living Area, and 12,604 SF of Gross Area as shown on the property tax card.

The living area of the house can be further expanded internally, if desired, without changing the approximately 5,800 SF footprint of the house.
